What is a Resource?

A resource is either an Aircraft or a pilot/instructor/staff member. So for example: if you had three aircraft on your fleet and two flying instructors with one office manager your total would be SIX resources.

Am I tied into a contract?

No, Never! Our customers continue with Flight Ops Pro based on our merits by helping them grow their business month on month & not because they are stuck in a contract.

How do I pay?

Flight Ops Pro is charged on a monthly subscription basis. Monthly payments are taken from your registered card on the same day every month. This will be the same day that you subscribed to our service, i.e the 1st of each month. You can also pay annually if you prefer upon request by emailing us and we will send you a link to subscribe to an annual subscription.

We accept all payment types to include, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check, we will send you an annual invoice upon your request.

How much can Flight Ops Pro save me?

Flight Ops Pro has loads of built in features that can save you hundreds of man hours year on year, from SMS and email alerts, to customer booking portals that will save time consuming administration costs. A simple to use interface with the ability to run a report on any part of your business, Flight Ops Pro will increase productivity and save you money from the offset.

Do I own the data?

Yes. Your business, your data! We will never charge you for wanting to move your data to another platform. We obviously don’t want to see our customers leave but our dedication to customer service will remain until the very end.

How do I access my platform?

Flight Ops Pro is a cloud based service meaning you logon online. All you need is a internet connection and your login credentials .

Do I get Support?

Yes. We offer outstanding ongoing support to all of our customers, each subscription package comes with a live chat support directly within your platform. We can also discuss a personalised support agreement if required.

Can I easily add my existing data?

Yes. We offer a free of charge data transfer to all new customers. Simply send us your data and we will arrange to populate your system so your up and running immediately.
